Symptoms




When running the full index load of SSR_CLASS_SEARCH_LFF it takes 3.5 to 4.5 hours even with the ps_ssr_cls_tbl_es only having 7981 rows.   Explain plan has costs of 1,634,183 and is doing full table scans on ps_class_tbl instead of ps_ssr_cls_tbl_es.  



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Curriculum Management > Fluid Class Search > Class Search Index Full Build2.

2. Run the full index load process SSR_CLASS_SEARCH_LFF
