ETL 9.2: Exception TLX01700 And TLX01710 Not Getting Generated

Symptoms
The below exceptions are not generated
a) Exception TLX01700 is not getting generated when an employee is entering Reported Time on Full Day of Absence
b) Exception TLX01710 is not getting when an employee has partial Absence and Punch Time on the same day
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Report full day absence and Partial absence on two days.
2. Enter regular time on these days
3. Run Time Admin
4. Payable time generated for regular time
5. No exception generated
