Symptoms
When editing requisitions using the Fluid Interface users are unable uncheck the RFQ Required flag if they initially manually checked it.
Error Message
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new requisition
2 Check the RFQ Required Flag
3 UnCheck the RFQ Required Flag
4 Error
