Symptoms


From Fluid Employee Self Service Tile when logged in Canadian French Language (CFR), Emergency Contact tile has missing fields, "Same Address as Mine" checkbox and "Relationship" field.

Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. Log in as a User with language = Francias du Canada (Canadian French) that has Employee roles.
2. Access Fluid Employee Self Service Tile > Détails personnels (Personal Details Tile)> {click from Menu guide} Contacts en cas urgence (Emergency Contacts)
3. From Contacts en cas urgence (Emergency Contacts, {click plus icon(+) to add a new contact} or  { existing Contacts arrow icon (>)} and Contact urgence (Emergency Contacts),notice missing fields, "Same Address as Mine" checkbox and "Relationship" field.
