Symptoms
When using the View All on this page, the Effective Date Label is not aligned with the field it represents.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. SetupHCM > Product Related > Workforce Administration > Labor Administration > Unions > Bargaining Unit Table USF > Search and select one Bargaining Unit > General Bargaining Unit Data Tab
2. Add a row > Save > Click 'View All'
3. The field label for Effective Date is not aligned with the field.
4. Instead it is over by the Status field.
Expect the label Effective Date to be aligned with the specific field.
