Account Reconciliation Workbench Open Attachment Link not Appearing in Microsoft Edge browser



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login into PeopleSoft through Microsoft Edge
2) Open Account Reconciliation Workbench
3) Create or open an existing reconciliation
4) Go to 'Workbench' Tab
5) Attach a new document
6) View Attachment
