Symptoms

On a recently upgraded Campus Solutions 9.2 environment from Campus Solutions 9.0, running a Batch COBOL process fails.  Only one batch COBOL process is experiencing this issue.  All other batch COBOL processes run successfully.  Corresponding online remote call COBOL program for the same business process run successfully.
