Symptoms
User added the Manage Applicant List page as a favorite.
When the same user accesses the page from the favorites list, an error is returned.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. A user created an applicant list and when they were on the Manage Applicant List page for the new applicant list, they added the Manage Applicant List page as a favorite. It was added successfully.
2. However, when they accessed the Manage Applicant List via the favorites list, they received the message 'ListID is not passed properly (18177,2513)...'.
3. However, if the user adds the Applicant List page (one level higher) they are able to successfully access that page from their favorites.
