Goal
Delivered Permission List HCCPRS0000 gives access to both Edit Disposition (Component HRS_APP_DISP) and Prepare Job Offer (Component HRS_APP_RCMNT).
However, Hiring Managers should have Edit Disposition, but not Prepare Job Offer.
Edit Disposition:
Page: HRS_APP_DISP
Component: HRS_APP_DISP
Menu: HRS_HRAT
Prepare Job Offer:
Page: HRS_APP_RCMNT
Component: HRS_APP_RCMNT
Menu: HRS_HRAT
The issue may be seen by the following steps:
1. Login as PeopleSoft Administrator
2. Go to PeopleTools > Portal > View Menu Item Detail
