GP UK - Process For Adding Opt Outs After Re-enrolment

When Employee Opt-out of Pension GBR, once that Pension Auto Enrollment GBR is processed the opt-out gets processed only if Re-Enrollment is ticked on the Run Control Page.
It is expecting that the opt-outs are processed regardless if Re-Enrollment is ticked on or not on the Run Control Page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the application and identify an employee re-enrolled in Pension.
2. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Management -> Payee Data -> Pension Information -> Assign Scheme GBR
3. Add an Opt-out row
4. Run Pension Auto Enrollment GBR (Global Payroll & Absence Management -> Payroll and Absence Processing -> Pension Auto Enrollment GBR)
5. Run the process and note the mentioned behavior
