Preview button feature is returning an error for a delivered BI Publisher Report - PO_DISPATCH
 
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Reporting Tools > BI Publisher > Report Definition
2. Search by = PO_DISPATCH
3. Template tab > Preview

Error:
Error generating report output: During calling method PTFOProcessor.generateOutput, The XDO engine throws an exception: java.lang.NullPointerException. (235,3101)(235,2309)
Error occurred during the process of generating the output file from template file, XML data file, and translation XLIFF file.

While opening subtemplates POHEADER or POLINE errors

File object associated with template defintiion is not found in the database, therefore the report and/or template definition is not valid.  Please check consistency of objects.
