Symptoms

While updating a budget definition and saving changes, getting an irrelevant warning message

1. Navigate to Commitment Control > Define Control Budgets > Budget Definitions. Open a Budget definition which has Prior year Adjustment chartfield not set.
2. Make a change on any tab e.g. on Control Chartfield tab, add a new row and fill details.
3. Save the Budget definition.
