Symptoms

An SSL certificate is installed inside PeopleSoft.

An SSL certificate is installed inside Elasticsearch also according to the below KM Note below, scenario (B):

Elasticsearch boots after installing the SSL certificate but unable to be ping Elasticsearch from any browser.

The following error exists in the ESCLUSTER.log file

The permissions of the keystore was changed to 777.
Tried also changing the permissions of the whole ES directory to 755 but that didn't help fix the issue.
