EAR9.2: View Conversation in Item List is not Open Up As The SetID Key Field Value is Defaulted (Doc ID 2647365.1)

Symptoms

View Conversation in Item List is not opening up as the SetID key field value is defaulted wrongly.
This issue occurs when SetID has less than 5 characters and does not occur when SetID has 5 characters like "SHARE"


This issue can be replicated by below step:

1. Add a new SetID (USA)
2. Create a new customer with SetID = USA
3. Create a new item with a new customer
4. Run ARUPDATE
5. Add a conversation
6. Navigate to Accounts Receivable > Customer Accounts > Item Information > Item List and click on Search.
7. Click on view conversation icon next to any of the item.
