Symptoms
Benefits Enrollment Statements, both Enrollment Preview and Confirmation statements are displaying incorrect Dependents Count on the next day.
Enter and Submit Benefits Elections for Open Enrollment.
Review Benefits Enrollment Statements.
Dependents count displays correctly.
Login in a day or two.
Review Benefits Enrollment Statements for the same employee.
Dependents count shows zeros.
