Person Profile Attachments are not Consistently Being Saved (Doc ID 2649943.1)

Symptoms

Person Profile attachments are not consistently being saved.

The end user cannot determine if the attachment was not saved at time of entry as no indication is given that the data was not saved.
It is not possible to re-upload the attachments.
The issue occurs with all users, both newly created and existing transactions.



Replication Steps:
Navigation: Main Menu > Workforce Development > Profile Management > Profiles > Person Profiles
 Enter EMPLID
 Click the Attachments ‘paper clip’ to add an attachment & upload attachment
 Click Ok and then Save.
 Attachment is NOT saved (does not insert a row on PS_JPM_JP_ATTACH)
 After navigating away and then returning, the attachment no longer appears
