E-IB: "No Response or Response not in proper MIME format" from Gateway URL Post When Signing into Physical Gateway's Gateway Setup Properties of a Load Balanced Gateway (Doc ID 2651410.1)

Symptoms

When a user attempts to access the physical gateway's Gateway Setup Properties of a load balanced gateway, the following error is seen.

 

 

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Login to PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) via a browser.

2. Navigate to PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Configuration > Gateways, and open the local gateway.

3. Click on the "Gateway Setup Properties" link of a physical gateway.
