Downloading updates in HCM Subscription on Cloud Manager fails with the below error:
An error occurred while downloading packages for channel XXXX
For more details about the error review download log files. Unsubscribe and subscribe again to retry download.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the File Server.
2. Create subscription to HCM Channel.
3. Download updates.
