Symptoms
It appears employee’s Comp Time Plan eff_status remains active after any action that should make employees ineligible. The PS_TL_EMPLCOMP (Parent) and PS_TL_EMPL_COMP (Child) are NOT updated when the Time Reporter data record (PS_TL_EMPL_DATA) is inactivated and saved.
The PeopleCode in the TL_EMPL_DATA.EFFDT.SavePostChange does NOT call TL_TRCOMPPLN (AE). As a result, many inactivated employees still have active Comp Time plans.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Select an employee enrolled in Comp Time Plan.
2. Inactivate Time Reporter Data for the selected employee.
3. Show parent & child Enrollment after employee is inactivated. – No row inserted which allows Comp Plan to remain active.
