Symptoms
When submitting multiple or single learners to Enroll for a class from Enroll Learner page and on click of submit Enrollment button it is taking long time or just spins.
Steps to Replicate the Issue:
1) Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Learner Tasks > Enroll Learners
2) Select the Requestor
3) Select the course and Search
4) Then, search and select a Learner or Learners and submit the enrollment, notice that page spins or eventually time out.
