EAR9.2: Unexpected Behaviors After Configured Personalizations For Collection Workbench (Doc ID 2655171.1)

Navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Receivables > Workbench > Personalizations

Personalizations can be done in three levels – All Users, Role and User.

Personalizations for all users in Setup for Collections Workbench displays the setup with no issue.
When trying to look for individual user, the set up is not displaying as it was set up for all users.
So when trying to personalize, it is necessary to add all details.

In addition, when trying to set up personalizations for individual users and adding all details with 1 extra field,
tabs are minimized in the workbench hiding the text inside the tabs.
