Symptoms
On Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM 16 environment, the HECS loan status is not being properly maintained for pre 2020 processing. A student with a TFN (Tax File Number) is set to use Liability Status 204 in a 2019 term. The Eligible to Defer flat on the Term Activation page is set on. Enrollment add dates is backdated to before 2019 term. Tuition calculation is incorrectly posting a Deferral to the student account. The liability status remains at 204.
Tuition calculation runs successfully but incorrectly posts a deferral item type, and does not update the status to 201, which should be the expected outcome.
