Data Integrity Error When Adding Existing Category In Questionnaire Category Page

Symptoms
When attempting to add existing category in Questionnaire Category page the following error occurs.
“Data Integrity Error
The data structure from the page does not match the data structure in the database. This can be caused by a change in the record definition while you were viewing the page. This is a non-recoverable error and the current transaction will be aborted.”
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Enterprise Components > Questionnaire Framework > Questionnaire Category
2. Add Existing questionnaire category : COMMON
3. Validate that after data input and clicking ‘Add’, user is directed to a grid showing that existing data is already available
4. Click COMMON row in the grid Validate that main details page is displayed.
5. Click <Search Result>back button in the top navbar.
