Symptoms
When attempting to access Run Control Update Registry page the following error occurs.
Blank page with
http://xxxxxxxx:12xx/psp/ps/EMPLOYEE/ERP/c/RUN_CONTROL_MANAGEMENT.EORC_RCCMPS.GBL
The Url has this error code

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enterprise Components > Run Control Registry > Run Control Update Registry
