Symptoms
After applying Patch 30012058 - AUSTRALIA 2020 HELP LOAN SCHEME UPDATE applied, the FEE-HELP Determination process is not deferring pre-2020 eligible charges. FEE-HELP data for terms beginning in 2020 are being correctly deferred. Changes to deferral information in terms prior to 2020 should maintaining the FEE-HELP Entitlement on the CHESSN page. Charges in terms beginning after January 1, 2020 should verify eligibility in HELP-Loan Entitlement fields on the CHESSN record.
