Symptoms
Getting error when running either PO_AUTO_SRC or PO_POCREATE when processing staged data. Staged data can originate from PeopleSoft data or from third-party data.
ERROR

Steps:
1) Create a requisition
2) Select requisition lines to stage
3) Then run either PO_AUTOSRC or PO_POCALC and PO_POCREATE
