Symptoms
Grid Column shows misaligned on the Classic Plus Payment Request Center
This issue can be replicated by below step:
1. Navigate to Employee Self-Service > Payment Request Center
2. Click Create button
3. On the Summary Information tab, enter required fields and click Next
4. On the Supplier Information tab, enter required fields and click Next
5. On the Invoice Details tab, click Add Lines button
6. Column headings are misaligned
