Job Opening ID Not Populated In Applicant Note When Generated From Context Of Job Opening (Doc ID 2666535.1)

Job Opening ID is not populated in the Applicant Note when generated from the context of a job opening.

When adding an applicant note from the Manage Job Opening or Manage Application pages the job opening ID would be populated in the note.
PeopleBooks states: “When the system generates a note from the context of a job opening, that job opening is automatically associated with the note.”

This expected behavior works for the Send Correspondence action initiated from the Manage Job Opening or Manage Application page. The job opening ID is populated on the send correspondence note when initiated from the Manage Job Opening or Manage Application pages.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Job Opening > access a job opening
2. Select applicant. Other Actions > Applicant Actions > Add Applicant Note
3. Applicant Notes screen comes up for the correct applicant, but Job Opening ID is not filled in
