Goal
When customer rehires a future dated employee using Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data > Work Location, on the Last Assignment Start Date and Last Start Date fields are not being updated on the Organizational Instance to reflect the new Effective Date of the Rehire row. What is the logic behind populating these fields in Job?
