Text added for Fluid Open Enrollment (OE) event and plan type ID 67 Health Saving Account (HSA) enrollment, (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Text Catalog and Notepad > Maintain Text Catalog > Maintain Text Catalog Object Owner ID = HBA Ben Admin, Sub ID = PLAN, Text ID = HSA_CONTRIB_INS), in a new effective dated row, is not showing in Employee Self Service.
