Symptoms
When an employee makes their Open Enrollment elections and submits their enrollment, the Benefits Administrator finalizes the Open Enrollment Event which closes this event. A Job Data Change such as a future Termination is then processed for the employee where the Termination Event Date is after the OE Event date. With the Open Enrollment Election Period still being open, the employee makes an election change and submits their enrollment.
When the Benefits Administrator goes to the Update Event Status page, both the OE event and the Termination event are open at the same time.
