GSS Ad Hoc Salary Change Request Field Change Code Not Triggered When Adding a Value to the New Amount Field And Tabbing Out (Doc ID 2672323.1)

Symptoms

After adding a value to the New Amount Field in the GSS Ad Hoc Salary Change Request the Field Change code is not triggered.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login as a Manager and goto Manager Self Service > My Team Tile > Select an Employee and then click on Actions
2. Select Ad Hoc Salary Change Request
3. On the Activity Guide, enter the Effective date, Reason, and then enter the new Salary Amount in the 'New Amount' field and tab out
4. After the New Amount is entered and user tabs out, the field change PeopleCode is not triggered and none of the other data on the page is updated unless,
       a. User Clicks on the Reason field
       b. Or Clicks on the Next button
