Goal
Issue 1: Channel ID is missing in Enterprise Components > Chatbot configuration > Bot Definition.
Issue 2: Chat client is spinning and not loading.
Issue 3: “PS Error Occcured. Please contact the helpdesk” OR “System Error”
Issue 4: The chat client is not responding to the user’s message.
Issue 5: The chat client is responding with “Oops encountered an unexpected error”.
Issue 6: “GUIDAuthError”
