Symptoms
When starting a Life Event (Navigation: Employee Self Service> Benefits Details> Life Events), if you select the As of Date before selecting the Event, the following message occurs which is incorrect:
Message:
Changes to your benefits enrollment are not permitted.
You are not permitted to make any changes to your benefits enrollment, because more than days have elapsed since this event date. If the date entered is correct select OK to continue. If the date was entered incorrectly, enter the correct date and select OK.
