Loan Origination Award Integrity Error Displays in FAPLBOG1 Log File (Doc ID 2678525.1)

Symptoms

When running loan origination, some records are not processed, and the log file will reference each problem loan as an award integrity error, with various messages such as the following:

The issue will typically affect just one or a few students, not large groups.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > Loans > Process Loans > Loan Origination and run the process.
  2. Click Process Monitor, then the details link for the instance, then the link that says 'View Log/Trace'.
  3. Click into the FAPBLBOG1 .log file in the file list and note the messages referencing Award Integrity.
