Symptoms

When attempting to Approve/Deny Request Reporting Change transaction the following error occurs.

ERROR

Optimistic lock exception at %1. Please refresh the page try the same operation again. (18081,1009) EOAW_CORE.Utils.OnExecute Name:ThrowOptimisticLockException PCPC:26436 Statement:619

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login as a Manager and goto Approvals Tile.
2. Click on Deny the Request Reporting Change transaction and try Submitting it
3. Error observed.
