Symptoms
Possible to save Programs without a Learning Environment, making them impossible to find again
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Program > Add certification
2. On the tab ‘Security’: delete the Learning environment.
3. Fill in the certification code, long name, short name, description and completion period
4. Click on save
