E-ExcelToCI/CI: Getting "The parameter is incorrect" Error Uploading Data (Doc ID 2681626.1)

When uploading data using ExcelToCI, the following error is seen.

The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:

1. Set up the spreadsheet, and add data to be uploaded.

2. Attempt to upload the data.
