E-PG: Getting "JetChart Unable To Get Property 'steps' Of Undefined Or Null Reference" Error When Opening Pivot Grid Models in Fluid (Doc ID 2681925.1)

Symptoms

Pivot Grid charts are not being displayed in Pivot Grids in Fluid pages.

Getting the following error when displaying charts in Pivot Grid in Fluid pages:

"JetChart chartInteraction Unable to get property 'steps' of undefined or null reference."

In order to open Pivot Grid model, follow the below steps:
1. Log into PIA.
2. Navigate to Reporting Tools > Pivot Grid > Pivot Grid Viewer.
3. Select any delivered pivot grid.
4. Open it in Fluid view.
