Symptoms
A term fee is that charges a flat fee across all units. When a student Term Withdraws, tuition calculation is calculating a 75% refund of the flat fee when a 0% refund is expected. The adjustment calendar used is set up to Adjust By Class Length %. The student is enrolled in dynamically dated classes. Some of the classes have ended prior to the Last Date of Attendance entered on Term Withdrawal. and are completed prior to term withdrawal. Tuition calculation is not considering the start and end of the classes.
