When Creating a Delegation Request, the Notification Email to the Delegatee/Proxy is Not Sent after Submitting the Transaction. (Doc ID 2685211.1)

Symptoms

When creating a delegation request,  the notification email to the Delegatee/Proxy is not sent when the transaction is submitted.



Steps to Replicate Issue:

1. Navigate to Create Delegation Request
2. Select Dates
3. Select Employee for delegation.
    Note: Ensure Employee has an email address setup from Peopletools > Security >User Profiles
4. Select transactions to delegate
5. Click ‘Submit’
