Symptoms
.ics File Attachment is missing in enrollment Outlook mails
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a Learner.
2. Enroll a course.
3.Login as Manager.
4.Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Notification > Enrollment Notification. Run LM_NOTIFY.
5. Process Ran to SUCCESS.
6.Validate if the Learner receives an email with .ICS file attachment.
