Address Type Field Value Is Not Stored For Dependent Information When Same Address As Employee is Set as No (Doc ID 2688373.1)

Symptoms

While attempting to add a dependent user gives different address and also choose address type Address is capture in database but Address Type value is stored as blanks.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Root > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Personal Relationships > Dependent Information
2. Add a Dependent, the first EFFDT row with Address with Same as Employee option checked.
3. Add EFFDT row with diff address than employee address (Same as Employee not checked). Enter a different address type and key in address details.
(Here by default Same AS Employee address is N (NO))
4. The Data gets saved, the rest of the address gets saved. Only Address Type becomes blank.
