Screen Reader Reads Plan Type 'Review Button' That Is Not Enabled on Fluid Benefits Summary (Doc ID 2688861.1)

Symptoms

On the Fluid Benefit Summary page (Navigation: Employee Self Service> Benefit Details> Benefit Summary) there is a Review Button for each Plan Type. With screen reader mode on, for a user with a screen reader like Jaws, it reads 'Review Button' for both a Preview Button that is enabled that a user can select and also a Preview Button which is not enabled that a user cannot select. It is not obvious to a user with Screen Reader on which plans they can select.
