Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Expense Report
Error message is being displayed to save changes when no changes made on an expense report.
ERROR
-----------------------
Message "Transaction has been modified in expense detail page. (10504,967) Save changes before leave current expense summary page."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an expense report and submit for approval
2. Login as an Approver and open the report and click on the Expense Details link
3. Click on Summary and Approval without changing anything in the report and receive the above error message
