E-PIA: Users Need To Click Sign Out Twice Before the user can Logout (Doc ID 2689806.1)

Symptoms

Users need to click sign out twice before the site logs them out. They then cannot log back into the site without first closing the browser completely. This  issue can be readily reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Login
2. Perform operations
3. Logout
4. Requires two logouts.
