Fluid Delegation Request Is Generating Emails to Delegator With Bind Variables and Does Not Resolve Template Variables in Email Generated to Accept Delegation (Doc ID 2690681.1)

Symptoms

Fluid Delegation Generic email template does not resolve template variables in email generated to accept delegation.

Template: FluidDelegationAccept
- The following templates variables do not resolve:
%3 Proxy name,
%4 Transaction Name,
%5 From Date,
%6 To Date.
- The %1 URL resolves to the Manage Delegation page which has instruction.


Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Go to Enterprise Components>Delegation>Delegation Request> Create Delegation Request.
2. Select a Proxy Emplid.
3. Select any Delegation transaction.
4. Submit Delegation request.
5. Email that goes to Delegator has template variables instead of values.
- The following templates variables do not resolve:
%3 Proxy name,
%4 Transaction Name,
%5 From Date,
%6 To Date.
- The %1 URL resolves to the Manage Delegation page which has instruction
