Symptoms
After upgrading to PeopleTools (PT) 8.58.01, a custom process using File Layout and ReadRowset to read data began failing intermittently.
Steps to replicate:
1) Create a File Layout with multiple fields.
2) Create a dummy file with at least 1000 rows.
3) Parse the file using the File Layout and ReadRowset method.
