Symptoms
Expense Approver page (TE_SHEET_DIST) chartfields are grayed out even with proper privileges to edit PC and GL chartfields are given.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure to have the Distributions set to view and GL and PC chartfields set to modify in the privilege template for expense report manager.
2. Associate the privilege template to the expense report manager
3. Create an expense report and submit it.
4. Login as approver(manager) and open the expense report and note that the approver cant edit the chartfields.
