Symptoms

When attempting to run the 'Populate Usage Desktop' process (IN_USG_DSKTP) (navigation: Inventory, Manage Inventory, Analyze Inventory, Populate Usage Desktop), the process abends with Duplicate Insert Error at step IN_USG_DSKTP.NonCost.INST.

This occurs after upgrade to Image 32 and is specific to SQL Server database.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

  1. Inventory, Manage Inventory, Analyze Inventory, Populate Usage Desktop.
  2. Run process Populate Usage Desktop for calendar month.

Changes

Upgrade to Image 32.
